The government of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam launched the Aceh Green project on Tuesday. Under this rehabilitation programme, at least 50,000 households will be granted land under a relocation plan next year. This is a significant breakthrough at the Bali Summit of the UNFCCC.

Over the last two days, F-11 countries have had intensive discussions on budget compilation. Singapore has voiced its commitment to saving forests. It has stated its intention to save 220,000 sq km of forest land in Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia, under their Borneo Project.
